A toddler has died after disappearing from her home in Victoria and was found unconscious in a dam.
The little boy went missing at 5.20pm on Tuesday from Lara’s address in Geelong and police were called and launched an extensive search.
The area was searched by the Air Wing and police who found the toddler in a dam off Windermere Rd.
Police performed CPR until paramedics arrived, but the boy could not be revived and died at the scene.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing and the police will prepare a report for the medical examiner.
