Hugh Jackman spoke of the people who have supported him since his split from Deborah-Lee Furness, his wife of 27 years.
The two shocked the world when they announced last September that they were they go their separate ways.

Jackman has been tight-lipped about the split in interviews since the announcement.
But he hinted at life after the split during a chat on people with good friend, fellow actor and Deadpool co-star Ryan Reynolds.
Jackman revealed that he and Reynolds often go on walks where the Wolverine icon can vent his feelings.
“There’s probably less friends in our lives that you can tell anything to, things that you’re ashamed of, embarrassing, whatever,” Jackman told Reynolds.
“And since I’ve known you, and I’d say the last five, 10 years in particular, we’ve had more time where we go on walks because you’re an amazing listener.
“So you can tell me anything and I can tell you anything and I don’t feel like you’re going to judge or necessarily give me an answer of, ‘Do this.’
“And I think that’s the key.”
Reynolds agreed, saying the “secret sauce” of friendships in Hollywood isn’t too different from marriage or a successful relationship.
“I’ve been rooting for you all along,” Reynolds told Jackman.
“I want you to win.
“I feel the same way about Blake (Lively, Reynold’s wife).
“As long as I’m supporting her, I know she’s supporting me and that’s why we’re so connected.”
Apart from his friendship with Reynolds, Jackman is believed to have found solace in spending time with his two grown children, Ava and Oscar.
“Ava and Oscar really rallied around him and that made a huge impact,” a source told Woman’s Day.
“He always looks so happy when he’s with these two.
“They know him better than he does and they constantly surprise him.
“They’ve become closer than he could have imagined, and he can trust them as he would with Deb.”
Jackman and Furness announced their separation in a joint statement to People in September 2023.
“We have been blessed to share almost three decades together as husband and wife in a wonderful, loving marriage,” the statement said.
“Our journey is now changing and we have decided to part ways to pursue our individual growth.
“Our family has been and always will be our highest priority.
“We embark on this next chapter with gratitude, love and kindness.
“We appreciate your understanding of respecting our privacy as our family goes through this transition in all of our lives.”
Their statement was signed “Deb and Hugh Jackman” and ended with “This is the only statement any of us will make.”
The two first met on the set of the Australian TV drama Corelli in 1995, when Furness was much better known as an actor than Jackman.
The couple married in April 1996 and have been mainstays on the red carpet for years, posing together at the Oscars, Broadway events and the Met Gala.
But for the first time in many years, Jackman poses alone on the 2024 Met Gala red carpet — wearing the same redesigned Tom Ford tuxedo he wore for his first visit in 2004.
