Accused police killer Beau Lamar-Condon will sue NSW police for ill-treatment and harassment, according to his lawyer John Walford.
The former NSW police senior constable is accused of shooting Jesse Baird, 26, and Luke Davies, 29, at Baird’s Paddington home in February and dumping the bodies on a rural property in Bungonia, near Goulburn.
The bodies were found in surf bags said to have been bought days earlier at Westfield Miranda.

Sunrise newsreader Edwina Bartholomew spoke about the new developments on Thursday.
“The defense lawyer for accused killer cop Beau Lamar-Condon says his client is continuing his case against the NSW Police Force for ill-treatment and harassment while a police officer,” Bartholomew said.
In comments first posted by Daily Telegraph on Wednesday, Walford confirmed the legal move.
“Yes, the anti-police action continues … it’s huge,” Walford said.
It is believed that mental health will “probably” be part of Lamarre-Condon’s defense on the murder charges.
It comes as a number of photos emerged of Lamar-Condon and Baird together while they were dating.
One photo of the pair posing near the Sea Cliff Bridge, near Stanwell Park, was posted on his Instagram last year.
“More weekends like this, thank you,” Lamar-Condon wrote under one photo.
Another showed the pair sitting in a rock pool in the Royal National Park.
Lamarre-Condon remains in custody at Silverwater Prison.
He will appear in court again on June 18.
